Service may be available outside these stated hours, please call with inquires. We take our weekends midweek so we can offer better availability for weekenders. We understand that emergencies happen and we will do our best to not leave you stranded. Emergency rates apply outside of business hours.

Service Area:

We are located in the Denver foothills and we are happy to offer our services across the front range. A trip fee of $1 per mile will be added to any job outside of a 60 mile radius.

Cancellation Policy:

Our time is as precious as yours. We understand that appointments need to be rescheduled or sometimes even cancelled. We require customers call with cancellations or rescheduling needs at least 24 hours prior to a customer's booked appointment. Please call with any questions or concerns.

No Call / No Show Policy:

Emergencies happen. However, any appointments that are confirmed by the customer and a "no call/no show" incident occurs, a $100.00 trip fee will be assessed for the missed appointment. We will confirm appointments and the technician will make every effort to contact the customer upon arrival at the customers RV location. If no one is available, the $100.00 fee will be assessed for the missed appointment.

Parts Policy:

We purchase all parts from reputable RV parts distributors. Our technician keeps a stock of common parts stocked. However, if a custom or specialized part needs to be ordered from our distributors for your repair, a shipping charge will apply. "Special Order" parts are non-refundable and require a deposit up front.
